The Los Angeles Times recounts how Oprah “convinced” almost 400 of her staffers to go vegan for a week, and discussed the results of their effort on yesterday’s show. While she featured authors Kathy Freston and Michael Pollan on that particular episode, we here at Agate hope some of Oprah’s fans who’ve decided to explore veganism will discover the new Surrey Books vegan titles: The Veganopolis Cookbook, Venturesome Vegan Cooking, and Vegan Baking Classics.
