John Winsor in a necktie?

The New York Times today announces the new venture from Agate B2 author John Winsor, whose Baked In is just coming out, and whose Flipped and Spark are coming out next spring. (Love the photo–this is a man born to wear fleece, not gabardine, and he really looks it here.) Regardless, he’s putting his money (i.e., this new business) where his mouth (i.e., his writing) is in terms of crowdsourcing, the central idea at the heart of these three must-read business titles.
