PW bought

I think–I hope–this is good news. I have been reading Publishers Weekly for a very long time, and while it’s not perfect, well, it’s never been; I am just glad it’s not going away quite yet.

I was even happier, last week, to learn that Borders too will not be going away. That situation has a much more material impact on Agate’s business. But this is a time of huge change in publishing. I’m glad these two institutions–however imperfect–will still be part of our industry.
